  • Our E-SHOP accepts payments through Paypal. Additionaly, upon request for long distance payments, we are able to generate a direct payment-link for payments with Debit and Credit Cards.

  • We use DHL to deliver to North America, Central America, South America, and Europe. The shipping cost will be updated automatically when you enter your adress in the check-out.

    Other regions will be covered shortly.

  • If the products you have ordered are in stock the delviery time is estimated to be 3-8 days. Products that are out of stock and must be produced have an estimated time of delviery of 3-5 weeks.

  • Depening on the regulations in your country, it is possible that tariffs or any equivalent importation taxes will be charged. Depending on the destination, the courier will not release your order untill the taxes have been payed. Aja Company is not responsable for covering any tax charges at the destination of your order.

  • For national and international deliverires, Aja Company revises every order and packs each product accordingly. We take responsibility for your order arriving in perfect conditions. If your order arrives damaged, then please contact us immediately to find the best solution.

    Please note, that as our products are entirely handmade, every item is slighty different to each other in its shape, color, and dimensions. It is understood at the moment of purchase, that the client understands this condition.

  • Yes we do! The products available in our E-SHOP is only a small selection of what we are able to craft. If you have any special request, please contact us.
